^BY · Bar Code Field Default

Sets the default values for subsequent barcodes: module width, wide-to-narrow ratio and bar code height.

Parameters

• ^BYw,r,h - w: Module width in dots (1–10, default 2; 2 = 0.25 mm at 203 dpi)
• ^BYw,r,h - r: Wide-to-narrow ratio (2.0–3.0 in 0.1 steps, default 3.0)
• ^BYw,r,h - h: Bar code height in dots (default 10)

Tip

^BY applies to all following barcodes until the next ^BY. Small module width = compact but harder-to-scan code.
