What is the difference to a shipping label?

A return label is addressed to you (or your warehouse) and carries an RMA reference so incoming parcels are matched to the order. A shipping label sends goods out.

Can I insert a pre-paid carrier barcode?

Can customers print it at home?

Yes. Export to PDF or PNG in the editor and send it to the customer to print on a regular printer.
