A compact 4×3" (102×76 mm) thermal shipping label with receiver address, sender details and a scannable tracking barcode.

What is this label for?

A shipping label shows where a parcel is going, who sent it and how it is tracked. Carriers and warehouse staff scan the Code-128 barcode at pickup, sorting and delivery - so the data must be sharp and correctly positioned, exactly what this template delivers at 203, 300 and 600 DPI.

What this template contains

  • Recipient name and full delivery address
  • Sender / return address
  • Tracking number as Code-128 barcode
  • Weight, pieces (n of m), date and QR code with tracking link

When to use it

  • E-commerce order fulfilment and dropshipping
  • Courier and parcel shipments (DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS)
  • Warehouse shipping and pick-and-pack
  • Return and exchange labels

How to edit it in the editor

Open it in the visual editor, change text, sizes, fonts and barcodes by clicking on each element and export to ZPL, PNG or PDF.

FAQ

What size should a shipping label be?

The de facto carrier standard is 4x6 inches (102x152 mm). This template uses the compact 4x3 inch format (102x76 mm); you can switch it to 4x6 inches or any other size in the editor.

Can I use my carrier's tracking barcode?

Yes. Open the template in the editor and replace the barcode data with your tracking number; Code 128 encodes the alphanumeric formats of nearly all carriers.

Does it print on every Zebra printer?

Yes - it is standard ZPL and prints on any ZPL-capable Zebra printer (and most compatible ones) at 203, 300 or 600 DPI.
